CAYA High Council
The CAYA High Council is the governing and policy-setting heart of all CAYA Covens. It is comprised of deeply committed, service-oriented individuals:
Each CAYA Tradition receives a seat on the CAYA High Council so that their needs and ideas will be represented in all Coven-wide matters. Permanent seats on the Council are held, actively or In Emeritus, for all Elderflower founding Priestesses of CAYA. The Council meets 8 times per year- at each Sabbat- to discuss matters related to CAYA. Clergy from all CAYA Traditions are welcome to attend these meetings in person or via conference call as they wish, and are encouraged to create presentations and proposals about their ideas for new policies, activities, or philosophies that they think would create a stronger, happier, healthier Coven. Coveners and the general public are welcome to submit thoughts, ideas, concerns, and questions to the Council via the cayacoven@gmail.com address, to be read aloud and discussed at the next Council meeting following the receipt of the letter.
