(Don't worry if you'll be out of town - Eva will be back in September.) Eva has chosen topics such as stress relief and soul care to provide you with helpful information. She will demonstrate easy practices that you can take home with you.

Saturday June 11, 12:00PM: Become More Resilient To Stress In 5 Minutes
Eva will talk about ways of quieting the mind for more clarity, peace, and efficiency. She will demystify meditation and demonstrate an easy technique that will quiet your mind and nurture your soul.

Saturday June 18, 12:00PM: Change Who You Are Using Visualization
Visualizations can alter your mental and emotional state. Eva will talk about the power of visualization and how it can be used for various circumstances and will give you a demonstration.

Saturday June 25, 1:00PM: SoulCare 101
How can you nurture your soul in this fast-paced world? Eva will give examples that make nurturing your soul possible even if you are very busy.


Eva Ruland is a life coach dedicated to helping women connect with their true nature as a way of fostering love, purpose, and well-being. She blends an academic background, rich life experience, and an eclectic mix of alternative practices to help her clients move toward more joy and well-being.
