Participants will taste and learn how to make refreshing chilled cocoa beverages and warm, invigorating Spanish-style whole bean hot cocoa (hint: this is NOT your grandmother’s packet of Swiss Miss!)
We’ll also touch on the history of drinking cocoa, including how the ancient Mayans and Aztecs used spices and temperature to create their own chocolate elixirs. We’ll finish up with every participant crafting their own bottle of coldbrew cacao to take home and enjoy, using the range of spices and ingredients available here at the shop.
