Baile en la Calle: The Mural Dances returns again this year, offering a walking tour of the historic murals of the Mission District's 24th Street Cultural Corridor featuring dance interpretations by local choreographers and companies and the history and meaning by docents from Precita Eyes Mural Center of each designated mural.

Four tours leave every hour on the hour beginning at 11:00AM until 2:00PM.

Last year Baile en la Calle: The Mural Dances took over Balmy Alley and was a monumental success with more than 100 people per tour.

This year’s Baile en la Calle will feature dance performances at four murals bordering Florida Street on the lower 24th Corridor by Epiphany Productions, Cuicacalli Dance Company, Cuicacalli Escuela de Danza and more… along with a special guest choreographer and live music by The Peña-Govea Family Band.
