Learn how and why to soak and sprout grains and legumes in this hands-on workshop with Preserved owner Elizabeth Vecchiarelli. We will learn about the history, nutritive value, and simple technique of soaking, sprouting and fermenting. Each student will receive recipe guides and a jar of legumes to sprout at home.
