Gary Hirshberg is an agricultural entrepreneur who grew a seven-cow organic farming school into Stonyfield Organic, the number-one selling brand of organic yogurt in the United States. Ken Cook, President of Environmental Working Group, is a preeminent environmentalist at the forefront of agriculture and food policy. In this community conversation they will discuss the link between genetically engineered crops and pesticide use, and the compelling case for organic.
