You don't need a backyard to grow food. Containers work well, but some adaptation to your growing practices is needed. Jon Zax is an expert on growing food in containers, and will share his expertise with us.
Jon has been involved in gardening since the early 70s, and his current project, "Urban Guerrilla Farming" has been in progress for the last 5 years. This project is all about being able to grow food in unlikely places, in a sustainable and practical way. So naturally, it relies heavily on using containers and dealing with all that comes with them. Jon's own experiments revolve around the parking lot of the building where he lives.
