Do microscopic organisms growing in your kitchen give you the heebie jeebies? Don't worry - they can be your friends, keep you healthy, and make your food delicious! In this class learn how to make your own fermented vegetables: kimchi, sauerkraut, and pickles are just the beginning. You will also learn how to make yogurt, kefir, clabbered milk, crème fraîche, and fresh cheese!
Bring jars to take home some fermenting goodies. Delicious snacks as well as a sampling of some fermented foods will be provided.
$125 for this class, or $225 for this class plus Soaking, Sprouting, Sourdough, & Fermented Beverages.
