The Cosmic Mass: An Economy That Works For All

Sunday, February 8, 6:30-9:30PM

Scottish Rite Center, 1547 Lakeside Drive, Oakland

$20 in advance, $25 at the door

The Cosmic Mass is a participatory, intercultural ritual that builds community through dance, music, immersive visual art, spoken word, grieving, meditation, and celebration!

Two champions for Economic Justice - visionary economist David Korten and visionary (and martyred) activist Sr. Dorothy Stang.  Korten will speak on "An Economics that works for all".  Sr. Dorothy lived and worked on behalf of the peasants and land of the Amazon rain forest and was gunned down for her work ten years ago.  We honor her memory and witness while tuning in to what A REAL ECONOMICS - one that worked for all humans and all beings on the planet - might look like at this Cosmic Mass!
