The Sacred Well prides itself on its commitment to diversity and inclusivity by supporting the voices of historically underrepresented peoples in our Pagan community. We believe that access and resources should not be afford to just some of us, but to all of us. It is in that light that we would ask you to join us for this marvelous fundraising event!
About Lou and his Journey: Lou Florez is a rootworker, witch, pagan, and priest who has provided help, advocacy, and spiritual support for underrepresented communities throughout the South over the last ten years. He is undertaking a Pilgrimage to Nigeria to receive his high priesthood in the IFA tradition and learn from traditional herbalists, medicine makers, and priests. He brings back from his trip not only a whole new wealth of knowledge to share, but traditional Orisha statues, fabrics, beads, and wears.
Sacred Songs of the Orisha Introduction: We pray to the Orisha through communal songs and dance that carry our hopes, dreams, gratitude, and desires! Learn a traditional song for each of the popular Orisha and movements to bring them into space.
