Saturday, October 31, 10:00AM-1:00PM
The Dream Institute of Northern California,
1672 University Avenue, Berkeley
Synchronicity - an event of meaningful coincidence - bridges mind and matter and helps connect our daily consciousness with more metaphoric and symbolic perspectives. In this workshop we will explore meaningful coincidences using reflective journaling as a contemplative tool. Attendees are invited to bring in a story of synchronicity to share, though this is not required. There will be a writing exercise and discussion about uniting personal experiences with transpersonal influences, leading to transformation. Examples will show that synchronicities provide valuable information and encouragement, creative ideas, and even solutions to problems. Whatever its meaning, synchronicity alerts us to pay attention to a universe imbued with humor and intelligence.
