The Pagan Alliance is looking for Volunteers

Pagan Festival Begins with You - Volunteer at SF PRIDE for to Fund the Pagan Festival

The Return of the Pagan Festival was a Community effort made possible by volunteers gifting their time that equaled a $6,000 grant from SF LGBT Pride.

To fund the 2016 Pagan Festival, We are seeking volunteers for the Donation Partner program at SF LGBT Pride Celebration the weekend of June 27th and 28th.The following is an opportunity to contribute your time that will result in a grant to fund this Community tradition.

Volunteer for The Pagan Alliance at SF LGBT Pride Celebration and Parade
Saturday, June 27th and Sunday, June 28

The Pagan Alliance has proudly volunteered at San Francisco Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Pride Celebration and Parade since 2002. The Pagan Alliance is an all volunteer education and service organization. Our volunteers make the Donation Partner grant possible. Our volunteer work allows us to receive a grant for hours that we contribute at the event. The more volunteer hours you can work will result in a larger grant to fund the Pagan Festival.

For volunteering, you will receive a Pagan Alliance t-shirt and you'll meet others in the Pagan community while having fun and making the 2016 Pagan Festival possible.

Hours of volunteering are from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm.  Shifts are 2 ½ hours each.  You can volunteer as many shifts as you wish.

The shifts are on Saturday, June 27 & Sunday, June 28:
1st Shift: 10:00 am – 12:30 pm
2nd Shift: 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm
3rd Shift:  3:00 pm – 5:30 pm/6:00 pm

Saturday Morning - Our volunteers will help assemble buckets for the event. Our group is stationed at the Donations Booth on Civic Center Plaza adjacent to Larkin at Fulton.

We work in pairs collecting $5 to $10 (or more) donations from people attending the event. In return, you’ll give a beverage discount sticker.  It’s that easy! The more donations collected, the larger the grant.

To volunteer, please contact Arlynne at or send a message on Facebook to Arlynne Camire. If you have any questions, feel free to call or Text at (510) 872-1188. Please let us know your legal name and what shift(s) you would like to work. You will be emailed a volunteer waiver form so we have a record of your volunteer hours.

The Pagan Alliance is honored to host the festival on May 7, 2016 with a grant made possible by YOU! This Community Tradition is only possible through fundraising and we need your help.  By volunteering with the Pagan Alliance as a Donations Partner at for the SF Pride Celebration and Parade, you will help fund the rental of the stage and sound system, and funding the City of Berkeley Special Events and Sound permits, funding the storage and truck rental for the festival infrastructure, and funding advertising and promotion. In addition, the grant keeps the Pagan Festival FREE TO ALL!!!

We can make the Pagan Festival happen by working together.
