Nature Walk in Honor of the Greenman

In honor of the Greenman, you are invited to join His Priestx Melissa ra Karit on a nature walk in the wild woods of Tilden Regional Park in Berkeley. We will be walking a fairly flat mile and enjoying the splendor of the forest with an interactive game of Nature Bingo (eat a plant, climb over a tree, return a birdcall, and more!). We will stop near Jewel Lake to build an altar of wood and leaves, and pour offerings of water. Once we return, we'll gather for an ice cream social. Families with littles who enjoy the woods are encourage to attend.

Sunday, June 5, 3:15-5:00PM

Gather in front of the Environmental Education Building, near the Little Farm
Parking is available.

Directions and a map of the area of the Park we'll be in are at the bottom of the page here:

Please wear practical clothes and sturdy shoes. Bring sunscreen and water to drink, as well as anything else you or your family might need to be comfortable.
