Reminder - 2015 Laughing Moon Circles for Women, Men, and the Full Gender Spectrum!

As we continue to celebrate the harvest season, we will be collecting dry and canned food donations at all three of these rituals, the Laughing Moon (Grove of the Goddess and Brotherhood of the Moon) and Juicy Moon (Rainbow Moon Circle). If you are able, please bring something. This food goes to the Alameda County Community Food Bank, where it is redistributed to folks who need it.

Each year, CAYA Coven also hosts a virtual food drive to support hungry families in Alameda County. The ACCFB is a huge supplier and clearinghouse for donations, providing healthy food to smaller distribution centers throughout the area.

Follow this link https://www.vfd-accfb.org/home.aspx if you'd like to donate money in the name of CAYA. Use the drop down menu on the top right to attribute your donation to CAYA, so we can keep track. If we hit our goal of $500 (not much), we will be providing over $3000 worth of food to our friends and neighbors. Let's blow that goal out of the water (even if you don't live here)!

"For every $1 contributed, we’ll provide $6 worth of healthy food to low-income children, adults and seniors in our neighborhoods. Whether a warm meal at a soup kitchen or a bag of healthy groceries from one of our Mobile Pantries, you nourish the bodies and minds of our community’s most vulnerable.

Thank you for partnering with us in our pursuit of a hunger-free community.

In gratitude,

The Alameda County Community Food Bank"

Together, we are creating the better world we seek to live in.

As the heat of Summer flares and the year's burdens loom large, humor can lighten our load and bring unimagined ease! CAYA Coven's Brotherhood of the Moon welcomes all self-identified men to join them in a ritual to laugh at and about whatever may be bothersome. Together we will wield powers joyous and wily as we invite needed change into our lives, with help from Apollo and Hermes. Then join the chorus, and laugh! Life's really a lot more fun that way. -- Try it, you'll like it!!!

People of any gender or none are welcome to join us to explore and honor gender diversity in ourselves, our communities, and in deity. For our Summer rite, we will ask for the blessings of Metagender deity, Paneros, of the Tetrad++ pantheon, asking for eir guidance in ripening our own sweetest gifts, that we may share with one another for the benefit of all beings. There will be crafty activities to make take-away gifts and a sharing of cakes and ale afterward. You are welcome to bring something to charge on the altar, and images or names of beloved Trancestors, your favorite juicy beverage, but most importantly - bring your beautiful self!

The Rainbow Moon Circle is a safe and sacred space for all to explore the spectrum of gender and identity. We honor the holistic experience of self-determined identity and its infinite intersections. We celebrate the glittering prism of Divine existence that is powerful, delightful,  enthusiastic,  playful, transformativemagickal, compassionate, and reverent. We co-create rituals and hold space for supportive, loving community. We reflect and uphold the Mission and Vision of our shared CAYA Coven community. Live the Spectra!

The Rainbow Moon Circle offers rituals and sacred services which honor and celebrate the full spectrum of gender diversity. We will be gathering once each season. Mark your calendars for our upcoming rituals on November 21, and February 27.
