CAYA Council South Bay
The Council of CAYA South Bay is the governing and decision-making body for all of CAYA South Bay's circles and training programs. The South Bay Council holds a seat on the CAYA High Council, and contributes the unique voices, ideas and needs of CAYA South Bay to the larger CAYA vision. In all matters that affect Coven-wide policy, the South Bay Council seeks the guidance of the CAYA High Council, for the mutual growth and edification of all.
